A First-Timer's Guide to Glenstone
Thinking of making your first trip to Glenstone? We're so excited to have you! Here are some thoughts from our staff about what folks should know before they come for the first time.
The Site
Glenstone is on about 300 acres - if you were to do all the paths and trails, you'd end up walking a few miles. Make sure you plan your shoes and attire accordingly, and check the weather ahead of time. (But if you forget an umbrella, don't worry - we've got you.)
Hungry? The Café is open year-round, and the Patio is open seasonally. The Café is a sit-down, first-come, first-served lunch spot. Menus change seasonally, but the Café usually serves an assortment of soups, salads, sandwiches, and mains. The Patio is more of an indoor-outdoor coffee shop, but usually has a few small bites.
The Experience
Glenstone aims to be serene and contemplative, so we operate on a timed visit model to give our visitors ample time and space.
