Internship Programs
At Glenstone we proudly support the next generation of museum professionals by offering paid internship opportunities to post-secondary and graduate students.
For post-secondary students, our summer program begins on the first Wednesday in June and runs for approximately 10 weeks. For graduate students, the start date and length of internships varies by department.

Guaranteed Entry Program
Educators and students ages 12 years and older enjoy the benefit of guaranteed entry to Glenstone and do not need to schedule a visit in advance. Entry for students or educators, plus one guest aged 12 years or older, is possible upon presenting a valid identification card at the Arrival Hall.
Passengers who arrive at Glenstone on the Ride On bus (route 301) also receive guaranteed walk-in entry. The bus stops on our grounds, and visitors who exit the bus at Glenstone will be checked in by our Guides upon arrival. Please refer to the Montgomery County Department of Transportation website for information on trip planning, including parking guidelines.
